DON’T BE TRICKED AND DISSAPOINTED – Some property’s on the Gold Coast advertise their lowest rate which they may call it a Superior Deluxe room – but in fact it is a small room usually around 33 sqm, out of Central Surfers Paradise with a view overlooking roofs and may be a  busy road on a low level – No sea view. Their Seaview rooms – still small, usually – around 33 sqm are substantially more expensive than Sealuxe.
